9.0I really appreciate that the owner received several packages prior to my arrival and put them into the unit for me. He was very courteous and helpful.
− Regarding the unit itself the bed was too soft for my liking and the shower was not as clean as I expected but otherwise, I was happy with my stay. Also please note the trash is located by the mailbox outside the property. It took me 10 minutes to find it but I hope this helps you the time. :)
Island vibe close to beach and town center.
10.0Close enough to walk to beach and the town center. Everything you need is on the property. It was really quiet and private. Love being able to park so close to unit. No stairs or elevators and only a few other guests to share property with.
Garden Studio at the Island: Quaint cute and close to the beach
8.0The outside gardens and seating were wonderful. We did not use the laundry, hot tub or grill, but saw others enjoying them. I appreciated the use of the ice machine! The short walk to the beach and to restaurants was fantastic.

This is the perfect place for a long vacation! Has everything you need
10.0It has so many amenities, if you come for a couple of days honestly you have everything you need in here. I had a great time. I used the hot tub daily, the grill is an extra plus. One of the things I chose this place is for the washer machine and dryer. This place is also super close to the beach approx 3 blocks. Dale is super friendly and helpful with anything you need whenever you call him. I’m definitely coming back here !!
