We really enjoyed our stay at the Loft and would highly recommend it.
8.0The Loft was well-appointed with a lovely layout and a balcony perfect for enjoying the evening sun. A supermarket was just a few minutes’ walk away, which was very handy.
− The communal hallway needs a bit of TLC but understand it’s beyond the hosts’ control. The Loft is very bright so definitely an eye mask is needed.
Make sure you have a reminder to put the permit parking sign back in the flat before you leave. We took off with it and
9.0Walking distance to shops and cafes etc was great. lovely town. Harry’s free walking tour was great. Was so good we wanted to pay him, but didn’t have cash. Often we find we need cash in England. Very comfy flat.
− The mattress was smaller than the base, which made the bed feel a bit small, but not a great bother.

8.0Fitted with Quality fittings and furniture throughout with enough cooking utilities for self catering.
− The bed window requires a blackout blind or curtains as venetian blinds, sadly are insufficient letting to much light in.
We had an excellent stay. Wished we’d booked longer.x

10.0It was modern..well thought out..very comfortable..perfect space ..comfy bed and sofa..and so light being up high with lots of window space. ..we loved it. Everything was there that we needed. No noise and parking was great too. It was so close to Harrogate centre..perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay.
− The house as you approach looks run down and the entrance hall too ..which had a beautiful original tiled floor which was dirty and looked neglected. Also the stairs needed cleaning. So on entering we were wondering what we had come into BUT then you go into the loft and its a different world.. It maybe an ongoing process but just the small matter of cleaning the floor and stairs would make a difference. However don't let that put you off.
