− L'odeur dans le logement, très forte odeur de cigarettes froides. Problème d' évacuation dans les sanitaires...Appartement prévu avec vue sur la mer, nous avions la vue sur un immeuble en démolition... La terrasse est sur le toit , rien d'installé. Il faut monter avec les transats pour avoir la vue sur l' immeuble en démolition et mal entretenu...
