10.0This cozy little house is so conveininetly located. I love it. I can come for a short stay with my mom and my dogs completly relax. So close to the water for beautiful walks. It's like bird ally so I can sit out front in the eves and enjoy the sounds and scene....so relaxing. Easy to get to HEB or Wallmart and there are some great restaurants literally right dowon the street. Kitchen has all you need to cook up whatever you buy or catch. Blue Wave Beach is a bike ride away. I could go on and on....
− I thin the only thing that comes to mind is the construction going on across the street. It's an eyesore but at least they arent loud and they knock off around 4 ish so its quiet in the eve/night.

10.0Love the location, the cottage was just preciously comfortable.
− We loved everything, the only thing that I would be mindful would be if you have small dogs they can go through the fence or under the fence. You just have to watch them closely.
