8.0L’hôte repond tres vite. Tres propre. Coin cuisine tres bien . Endroit tres calme. Possibilité pour se garer. Beaucoup d’équipement style : huile sel poivre sucre. A 5 min en voiture centre commercial. A 5 min en voiture embarcadère de ispra pour aller à stresa.
− Les bâtiments manquent un coup de peinture…. A la piscine regle tres stricte. Il faut absolument un bonnet de bain !!!!!!!!! nous avons dut aller a decathlon à 20 min en voiture pour en acheter. La clim refroidit que le bas de l’appartement le coin nuit en hauteur etait trop chaud en temperature pour dormir. Si vous n’avez pas de voiture vous ne pouvez rien faire

9.0Es liegt etwas außerhalb von Ispra, ist aber sehr schnell zu erreichen. Alle Läden sind in Ispra vorhanden
− Leider kein direkter Zugang zum See, dafür ist der Pool fantastisch

− Доволі занедбана теріторія біля будинку в напрямку озера. Далеко до цікавих міст, пляжу та до супермаркету.

7.0Wohnung hat an sich alles, was man braucht. Schöne Lage im Grünen und ruhig, wobei Ispra verhältnismäßig wohl generell nicht der touristischste Ort am See ist. Parkplatzsituation entspannt, Self Chekin problemlos möglich inkl. schneller/einfacher Kommunikation mit Vermieterin
− Abzug gibt es, da die Wohnung an manchen Stellen schon etwas abgenutzt erscheint. Außerdem auch ein paar Punkte bzgl Sauberkeit (Spinnenweben, Staub, Flecken an Decke usw). Schlafplatz (Doppelbett) ist oben in der Galerie, wo die warme Luft hochsteigt + es etwas eng werden kann (als große Person schwierig)
