I enjoyed the feeling of staying on hthe River
7.0It was Cosy and comfortable and I liked that it was a houseboat.
− I am a bit disabled and when the tides were high or low, it was difficult for me to climb up or down to get in or out

− Didn’t like the cockroaches that came to the kitchen area, but I guess is part of the wildlife

− The shower did not have much pressure, and the temperature next got hotter than just warmish.

A hidden gem
10.0The view was very nice for location. It amazed us that such a small area of trees could hold so much wildlife lol, we spent hours on deck watching and fishing.
− I could hear the work traffic each day, but it didn’t last long. The bathroom could use a little work on sliding door, it was very hard to use.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the apartment. If the rule is not followed a $250 smoking fee will be applied. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
