− Elevator was not working for the entire trip and we were on the 5th floor but the owner did give us a refund of part of the rental which was appreciated

10.0Great location, easy short walk to main street and to beach, and many restaurants very close by. Amazing views of the port with glass walls on two sides of the living room, and a great balcony. Very light and airy feeling. Spacious apartment with tons of closet space, washer/dryer, dishwasher, good size fridge.
− Being in the penthouse (5th floor) means you will either get your workout in the small stairway or use the tiny elevator. Near the end of our stay, the elevator broke down, so we were concerned about hauling our luggage down, but the manager was kind enough to send someone to carry all of our luggage down the stairs.
