Le vue mer est très bien Prix attractifs mais le logement ne vaut pas plus dans l'état actuel ! Dommage

− Le logement est vieillissant, les baies vitrées qui donnent sur le balcon ne se ferment pas à Clef le système est cassé, le vitre n'est plus dans l'encadrement de la baie le vitre flotte dans le vide ! J'ai eu peur à chaque manipulation que la vitre tombe ! très dangereux pour des enfants et du coup mauvaise isolotion phonique Je l'ai signalé au propriétaire je n'ai pas eu de réponse, l'abattant des toilettes n'est pas à la bonne taille il ne fait que de se déboiter nous l' avons retiré sinon impossible de s'asseoir il part à gauche ou à droite ! Ce qui a vraiment été le plus pénible c'est qu'il n'y a pas de volet ni de rideaux occultant ce sont des rideaux décoratifs du coup il fait jour toute la nuit dans la chambre puisse que sur la plage il y a des gros lampadaires qui donnent en direction des baies vitrées, une incompréhension totale également pour le plafonnier de la chambre qui est phosphorescent donc en plus de la lumière extérieure il y a un grand carré lumineux au plafond toute la nuit ! Malheureusement il est très compliqué de se reposer, il n'y a pas de climatisation un simple ventilateur complètement démonté ! Impossible d'aérer si vous voulez dormir puisque c'est une région festive les gens se couchent tard il y a du bruit toute la nuit ! L'état de la salle de bain laisse à désirer il y aurait besoin d'une rénovation au niveau des joints.... Impossible de prendre une douche chaude au bout d'une minute l'eau est complètement froide jusqu'à la fin de la douche ! Les équipements de cuisine très vieillot , des poêles toutes collantes impossible a nettoyer En bref le logement pourrait être accueillant mais il y a quelques petits travaux à faire ! Ce n'est pas de la faute du propriétaire mais actuellement il y a des travaux ce qui gâche complètement le décor ! Obligé de passer au milieu du restaurant tous les jours avec les sacs !

Lamentablemente no fue lo que esperábamos. Se portaron francamente mal con nosotros y nos consta que ya les ha ocurrido a más huéspedes.

− No pudimos utilizar la cocina, perdiendo mucho dinero durante la estancia y nunca dieron respuesta, solo quieren ganancias, les da igual su reputación.

Nice view over Melenara bay and the black sand beach Not too crowded area (compared with the north and south of the island, in the middle of january) After the long flight, I liked the details details on how to get the key from the padlock, also the bottle of water on the table was much appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of dishes, cooking pots and cutlery Medium size fridge and freezer, microwave oven, 3 burner gas stove, electric kettle The bedroom has a big wardrobe, with coat hangers, shelves, extra pillows and blankets. The bed was ok. The wifi and tv worked fine At first glance, the apartment seemed cozy and clean

− Right in front of the building there was a construction site, quite messy and noisy so you need to go round to get to the beach and Passeo Maritimo. Every morning the neighbours upstairs clean their sheets and blankets over their balcony so the dog hair and lint got in our balcony, carried by the wind We had to dry out beach towels and swimsuits inside because of that. Tried to enjoy the sunrise, but the hair in my coffee was disgusting I informed the host, nothing changed The shower has rust on the accessories, so I couldn't use the corner shelf, I had to put my shower gel and shampoo on the floor The toilet seat is smaller than normal so it doesn't stay up and the lid comes off, tried my best to keep it in place The pillows, sheets, towels and blankets seemed a bit old and shabby The sliding doors towards the balcony have some broken rubber gaskets so if it's cold and windy at night, you'll notice it There is also the noise coming from the airplanes from 5am until midnight, the airport is 8 km away. We had the no.1 apartment, right above a restaurant and the access was through a circular narrow staircase. There is no elevator. Coming and going with backpacks or bags was a real challenge. Reading so many positive comments on the location, I'm not sure we got the same place as the others did
