8.0Booking and check-in process easy. Reception open a bit longer than others and able to answer all questions on the area. Room had a comprehensive brochure on the area, which I used. The bed wasn't too soft or hard; just beautifully right. Best on this trip so far. Comfy couch. Heater was old, but great, though very noisy. Could sit on the edges of the verandah in my Unit 1 and see the river and surf. Pity just didn't trim the bushes a little bit as would have been a better view. Great size fridge. Good water pressure. Stove spark didn't work, but had a fire lighter in the draw, so all good. The electric frypan was dirty, but didn't need to use it. Probably, just an oversight as someone had put baking paper in it to hide the grot I think. Everything else very clean, including the floors, so could walk about barefoot. Definitely stay again. Good value for money and great location; walk from everything.

7.0Spacious cabin in prime location close to Kalbarri National Park.
− Gas stovetop igniter didn't work, so had to use lighter. No oven. Overall a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. Be aware the shower head is low (approx. 1.5 m above ground).

5.0Very old walls were water damaged and rotted around floor Lino was played up wall to hide damage needs to be totally updated
