We didn’t stay in the end moved to another location - returned keys and ordered taxi …
1.0Nothing ! We did not stay in the end checked in checked out within 10mins
− The apartment is not an executive apartment ! Stairs up are very narrow and mental open steps The apartment is dated we found black mould round shower and curtain, toilet did not looked like it had been cleaned! Very strange odour also within the apartment It’s very small and cramped Photos very deceiving Hence why we did not stay

9.0The location is perfect. Quiet residential street close to the beach/seafront and the shops. The property itself is comfortable with everything you need. I was a solo traveller and it was a perfect base for the week.

If we travel to Lanzarote again - will choose same accomodation.
10.0No any issues, really good location for the purpose of our trip. No too crowded, shopping mall in walking distance, free parking just couple of steps from the apartment.
− Just a small issue with water pressure late evening, but is not a major problem to make the feedback negative.
