− Overpriced for very basic accomodation

− Expensive for one night. Would have expected some simple additions like toiletries and milk to be provided at that price.
Did what it said on the tin
7.0Looked as in the pictures had everything we needed for one night stay.
− Surrounding area was very uncared for lots of litter/emptying of furniture from student houses on to the street. The small outside area towards the back needed a good clean.
Property was good for our needs a little tired ie paint work and carpets
