10.0Everything was great. A very nice house with a beautiful yard. It was a pleasure to meet such an amazing and pleasant landlord.

Very kind owner, good value for money
9.0The property is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from a pharmacy, bakery and supermarket. Perea seaside is just 10-15 minutes walk with all their bars and tavernas. The property is quite large for a couple, it's located in the basement which means it's quite cooler in summer. The AC is located a bit far from the bedroom, however the apartment will cool down real fast as well as they provide you with a fan. The kitchen essential but okay if you are not planning to cook much. The owner is extremely nice person, she gave us a few information about the area. A few nice gestures were really appreciated: we found some fresh water in the fridge, the bathroom had some essential shower gel and shampoo as well we were provided a few pods to use the dishwasher.
− Only bad thing I would say there were some ants in the kitchen which could have been prevented by putting a bin with lid under the sink
