Perfect holiday home near to the beach
10.0It felt like home or a visit at your granny's. The house is very convenient, there is everything one can need including a set of beach umbrella and chairs. We were very happy there and send our love to the lovely black and white cat, who kept visiting us every day. The house is very close to the beach and the town centre full of good ang cheap restaurants. I really recommend a boat trip to Thessaloniki. Also, the owner was very helpful and our communication was very good.

9.0The location was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach that was literally across the street. We had everything we needed in the house and they even supplied us with coffee and other little necessities with a full kitchen.
− The only problem with the property was accessing the door from the street. There is a type of hill and the only bridge to cross it was so rusted and dangerous that we ended up walking down into the hill, which was a little problematic with her luggage. But it was no big deal! We managed.

9.0הדירה נהדרת במיקום מצויין קרוב מאוד לחוף ולמסעדות במרכז העיר, מטבח מאובזר (למעט מיקרוגל) סלון נח וגינה עם פינת ישיבה הכל בדיוק כמו בתמונות.
− אין מזגן בחדרי השינה בקומה העליונה, יש מאוורר ריצפתי בלבד, והיה די חם כך שזה לא הספיק. באחד הלילות ישנתי למטה כי היה לי חם מידי למעלה. זה החיסרון היחיד כל השאר ממש מצויין.

8.0כדאי לבדוק איפה זה בגוגל - די רחוק ממרכז סלוניקי אבל ברכב זה סביר. מקום ממש נחמד ממוקם על הטיילת שעל הים. שני חדרים לשינה (הורים +:מיטת יחיד למתבגר) וסלון גדול מטבח מאובזר אבל בלי מיקרו. השאירו תה צמחים נהדר. בסך הכל מאד נוח. עשינו כביסה ומאד נוח - לייבוש ע"ש מתלה או רדיאטורים אין מייבש.
− קשה למצוא. המארחת מהחברה שמתחזקת את המקום אמנם היתה זמינה בטלפון אבל מעולם לא היתה במקום עצמו! קבלנו תמונות כדי לזהות את הכניסה אבל הן היו כנראה עם תיקוני AI כך שלא נראו כמו המקום עצמו ראו ההבדלים בתמונות המצורפות. ה Waze הביא אותנו ממש לכניסה אבל שם לא מצאנו את החדרים. בדירה מזגן רק קומה התחתונה היה קר והמארחת לכ ידעה להגיד לנו איפה להפעיל את ההסקה... היה לנו קר בלילה עד שלמחרת מצאנו את הטרמוסטט של ההסקה צמוד לדלת בצד שמאל שלה. גם לא היו מים חמים התקשרנו ורק אז אמרה לנו איפה להדליק את הבוילר. לדעתי המינימום כשמקבלים אורחים זה להדליק קודם את הבוילר. צריך לרוקן לבד אשפה לפחים שברחוב כי המנקה לא עושה את זה. קפה אלכסנדר הקרוב יפה ומפונפן אבל השירות על הפנים!
Pleasant property by the beach
9.0Close to the beach, comfortable beds and plenty of outside space. Good for our 2 Yorkie dogs. It's a cats lovers area and our boy Yorkie was kept on a short lead. It's a place to relax and enjoy as a couple or family. Nice kafanas nearby for tasty food. Very friendly local people Recommend very much
− The check in time of 4pm is quite late. It is awkward when arriving early into the area. 2pm would be good 👍
