Perfect villa with private pool, very clean and equipped with all generals you would need in a household. Equally distanced from Catania and Siracusa. Very good relaxation spot and start for adventured around south of Sicily, in a mandatory comfortable car.

− The beaches nearby are not the best, but host gave us a list of many other beautiful ones a bit further.

I stayed at this villa for a week and had a fantastic experience. The place is super nice, clean, modern and well-equipped. It has two comfortable bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen and a living room all. The highlight for us was the spacious swimming pool with a relaxing geyser corner, surrounded by a well-maintained garden. Every room is air-conditioned, which made our stay even more comfortable during the warm days. Stefano, the contact person, was extremely polite and responsive. He provided detailed documentation before arrival, and was always available via WhatsApp for any questions or requests throughout the stay. The villa comes with lots of thoughtful extras beyond what’s listed — including shampoo, olive oil, coffee and more. This made us feel truly welcomed. The property is located in a secure area among several other villas, with access controlled by key-operated automated gates, so we felt very safe. Do note that having a car is essential if you plan to stay here, as it’s not in a central walking area.

− If I had to mention one potential improvement, it would be the second bedroom: replacing the double bed with two singles could make it more convenient for families with children.

Nous avons apprécié la villa ainsi que son emplacement. Pas de vis à vis concernant son implantation parmis les autres dans la résidence sécurisée. Villa récente avec climatisation dans chaque chambre + salon, piscine 7x4m privative avec local piscine, robot nettoyeur, dosage automatique du PH, coin jacuzzi, cuisine entièrement équipée, lave vaisselle et machine à lavé le linge inclus. Belle orientation des chambre avec volets roulants et moustiquaires. Coin barbecue privatif, jardin entretenu et un hôte d'une super réactivité. Pour couronner le tout, un parking privé mitoyen pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 véhicules. La vue sur l'Etna depuis le jardin est juste magnifique! Bref à ce prix, il n'y a aucune hésitation, nous y reviendrons!

− Le seul petit bémol, qui ne pénalise pas du tout notre séjour et l'entretien global du complexe résidentiel qui laisse un peu à désirer ainsi que la non proximité du local poubelles. Une idée d'amélioration serait de séparer le lit double de la deuxième chambre en 2, car avec 2 enfants (fille et garçon), ça devient compliqué de les faire dormir dans le même lit!
