Peaceful and relaxing
10.0Location is great, the village is within a nice walking distance from the site. With away Sandringham, Norfolk Lavender & Castle Rising all a short drive away and well worth visiting. I didn't pay to go into the Farm Park next to the site but managed to see the deer when I went for an walk about. The Clover Hut is situated near a corner part of the field and is a good distance away from the other hut and campers. No real noise on the site, there were lots of families staying but you didn't really notice anything. The hut is next to a dog walking field but this never caused any problems whilst I was there and even when there were dogs using the field I barely noticed them. If I return I'll definitely pack a wind break just incase. When I stayed the wind did pick up, it didn't stop me from sitting outside but it would have been nice to have had a little protection. Cooking facilities were great, oven and 2 hobs. As it was just me I didn't need much in the way of pots and pans. The hut had 1 saucepan, a frying pan & baking pan. There is a BBQ but I'm rubbish at cooking on coal so cooked in doors! The site was well kept and clean. Oh and I loved the fact the hut had an ensuite Highly recommend 👌
− For me, everything was perfect.
Fantastic weekend away celebrating my hubbys 50th with our dogs. Will come again and totally recommend.
10.0It was comfy and clean. The owners have thought of everything. It’s very cosy, great location. Quiet too.
Expensive and not as private as expected
5.0Clean -
− Expensive for size and scope of accommodation, not very private with a dog park next to the site with a constant flow of people. One lady was talking loudly on her mobile from 7.15 in the morning walking a very fed up dog and causing my husband and I to be woken and then also fed up. She was followed by at least 10 people with at least 15 dogs - one that didn’t stop barking.
Lovely hut with good facilities, just the view that could have been improved.
8.0− Cutting the hedge so we could see the view would have been good.
Great break away, lovely to be near nature, great places to walk and the rose and crown servered fantastic food which is
