1.0The location would have been great - if we could have accessed the property.
− Accommodation was booked, confirmed, paid in full, then notified that property was Not available as had already been booked and currently occupied. STILL have NOT been reimbursed for funds. Weekend to catch up with dying family completely Destroyed and $$ still NOT reimbursed - that is the worse thing as couldn't book anywhere else as all our money was tied up in Booking.com!!!

− Was tidy but a little dirty. Would be helpful to provide plugs for sink and tea towels to wash up and dry; dustpan and brush or broom to sweep up. More linen for beds ie top sheets for hygiene purposes. When we arrived there were beer bottles littered at the side of the driveway…right next to the bin?
The property met our needs. Good location and pet friendly. some attention to maintenance required
5.0The fact what the house was dog friendly was great. it was the reason we booked this property. Suited our needs. Had good indoor space. heater worked well
− The property had limited items in the kitchen - too minimal for the size of the house. The property is tired and clearly has not been looked after by previous tenants and has not been maintained /addressed by the owners. There was a huge amount of rubbish outside of the house on arrival that didn't fit in the full bins. there was rubbish around the back yard, window frames were damaged. kitchen was tired, carpet was stained upstairs. Door knob missing on the 4th bedroom door (insider) Some mould remover in the bathrooms may assist.

4.0− The whole house needs a deep clean. There were no plugs for the baths, no top sheets on the beds and minimal clean cooking utensils.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
