Good value for money, spacious, clean, comfortable & felt safe as a female travelling for work. Good location for the city Communication in advance was detailed.

− Having to go to Esso garage to collect key (having driven 140 miles already) was a bit of a pain, having to try to return key the following morning when the Evri drop box was offline gave extra challenges. Some basic things missing from apartment, no hair dryer, iron & ironing board, no standard drinking glasses, no tea, coffee etc, no kitchen roll or dishwasher tablets. No blinds on windows means light pollution all night and it’s adjacent to a very busy road, so anyone who struggles with noise won’t sleep a wink. Needs lamps in lounge (I moved one from bedroom) as only has inset spot lights which are very bright. WiFi didn’t work in bedroom and phone signal wouldn’t work either as it’s in the basement. Also needs some maintenance, door threshold on bedroom a trip hazard, bath panel was off & propped up against the bath, other areas a bit shabby around door frames, looks like there’s been a water leak / flood in the past.
