− Bizarre location out the back of what seemed to be an abandoned racing yard- a bit creepy. It smelled a bit of damp, it wasn’t level, there was a bit of a slope.

Good value and pretty close to Thruxton circuit.
7.0Plenty large enough for 2 guys visiting Thruxton Circuit. Only 20 minutes away from there, so ideal - assuming your Sat nav doesn't go mad. Very quiet and an early morning call as horses gallop past.
− The hob of the oven could do with a clean but it didn't bother us as we didn't use it. Otherwise no issues and good value.
