Tolle Wohnung, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Worms, Heidelberg und Mannheim
10.0Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wormser Innenstadt und der historischen Besichtigungsorte war sehr angenehm. Alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Wohnviertel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist zunächst ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber in der Wohnung lebt man wie auf einer Insel über der Stadt und die zahlreichen Restaurants und Lokale in der direkten Umgebung bieten gutes und preiswertes Essen. Das Theaterparkhaus direkt um die Ecke bietet für Gruppen, die mit mehreren Autos anreisen, zusätzlich zur Garage eine prima Alternative. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat viel Platz und alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt so braucht.
− Der Hinweis auf die 3./4. Etage ohne Aufzug hätte in der Wohnungsbeschreibung ein wenig deutlicher ausfallen können.

Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Worms und Umgebung
8.0Das Apartment ist - wie beschrieben - sehr großzügig. Mit seiner Größe - 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder - genau das Richtige für einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden oder für Familien. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und gleich am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Ein weiteres Plus ist die dazugehörige Garage. Von der Galerie bzw. von einer Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Wormser Innenstadt.
− Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock = 69 Stufen ohne Aufzug :-) Frühsport inbegriffen

8.0Ruim groot appartement. Zo goed als dubbele keuken aanwezig. Basis gerief aanwezig. Goede ligging in het centrum met garage. Alles beschikbaar op wandelafstand.
− Foto's zijn wat gepimt maar kloppen wel. Sigarettengeur in de traphal. Je zit op het bovenste verdiep, dus wel wat (draai)trappen.
