8.0Buen apartamento. Lo mejor, las instalaciones del edificio. Con piscina y zona de juegos, ping-pong incluido. Un pequeño bar que abre los viernes. El apartamento está abien. No tiene mal tamaño pero la cocina es algo justa y en una de las habitaciones la cama está pegada a dos paredes por lo que para salir desde un lado hay que pasar por encima de la otra persona. Al ser abuhardillado se pierde mucho espacio. Pero está muy completo.
− La lavadora es comunitaria. Además de ser de pago, no es mucho importe, tienes que lavar en una zona común y controlar cuando acaba para volver a bajar. No es lo más cómodo. Pero lo que menos nos ha gustado es que las ventanas y puertas de terraza no tienen cortinas, contraventanas o persianas y entra mucha luz desde muy temprano. Sin duda, es lo que más nos ha incomodado.

− Die Küchen Ausstattung müsste dringend überprüft und ergänzt werden. Es beginnt bei einem fehlenden Kartoffelschäler und anderen Kleinteilen.

9.0Nous avons passé une très beau dans cet appartement. L’appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et très bien placé à proximité des départs de chemins de randonnée. Les hôtes sont disponibles et à l’écoute ce qui permet une communication fluide.
