10.0Everyone was very kind. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was very close to Sol Square. The building was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and we always had hot water for showers. In our case, we arrived during a protest taking place in Sol square. Although it was very noisy outside, we couldn't hear the noise once we closed the apartment windows—something we were very happy about.

10.0La ubicación.esta atrás de la plaza del Sol. De la ventana veiamos el reloj,el cartel de Pepe. Increíble estar en pleno centro,pero en calle muy silenciosa.Espectacular. Apartamento muy cómodo,prolijo.casi a nuevo. Muy buena instalaciones. Se agradece las cápsulas de café para desayunar . La cocina completa,incluye art de limpieza. Muy buena onda de Norberto, el chico que nos espero y nos indico todo. Realmente un depto recomendable ..

10.0Estoy encantada con el apartamento y con el trato de Liza! Llegamos muy tarde a Madrid y no nos puso ningun problema para darnos las llaves, sino todo lo contrario. La ubicación es excelente, sin ruidos por la noche. Si vuelvo a Madrid no dudaré en volver a este apartamento. 10000/10

− Edificio vetusto que necesita refacción. Actitud del encargado, Norberto, que responde los wsp con horas de tardanza, por lo que es mejor no tener una urgencia.
