Grand, bien distribué.

− Beaucoup d'équipements cassés. Manque des équipements. TV marche pas. Deuxième TV pas de prise a proximité. Douche manque rideau. Frigo trop petit. Matelas inconfortable. Fenêtres vieilles . Pas assez de couverts.

Great location within walking distance of seaside

− Very old house so rather cold. No full fridge. Situated above pubs and very popular so very loud drunken behavior

Leider gar nichts.

− Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist unzumutbar, steil und unwegsam mit Gepäck. Vor der Einganstür sitzen Gäste aus der daneben liegenden Gaststätte. Die Fenster sind schmutzig, das Bett ist 30cm über dem Boden. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, mit dem Auto vor die Unterkunft zu fahren, um wenigstens das Gepäck zu entladen. Parkplätze im öffentlichen Raum sucht man mehrere Runden ums Stadtzentrum. Die hier abgebildeten Fotos entsprechen nicht den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Sofa und Bett sind komplett anders- leider nicht positiv. Für Familien mit Auto und kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen- besonders wegen der Treppe!

Ravishing stay in Hasltings

It's a beautiful place full of character in great location of hard of old town centre of Haistings. It's spaces, very comfortabe and beautifully done. The landlord was very pleasant and really helpful too. We had to sort out few things which came on the way and Zaneta was very much willing to help and advise us so our trouble was sorted in no time. I hope I can come back again soon.

− The only little thing was the nois from the street in the front bedroom we hich has windows to the street, but we knew about it before we came so it didn't surprise us.

Dirty, noisy, falling apart, facilities not as advertised, rude property owner, be warned.

Hastings old town is a great area to visit. Lots to keep you busy.

− We were really disappointed with our stay at this property. Upon arrival the restaurant below had blocked the entryway so it was difficult to gain access to the front door. The bar downstairs was incredibly noisy into the very early hours of the morning. A warning needs to be given to people coming to stay on weekends, it was not fun as a young family being kept up all night. The apartment was quite dirty, thick dust and cobwebs and the kitchen has a bad smell. It was ill equipped, lacking mugs and cutlery and lots of things were either broken or falling apart. The listing on Booking.com states ‘newly renovated’ it most definitely isn’t, and is in desperate need of refurbishment. The Tv didn’t work, some of the light bulbs had gone and the tap upstairs was broken. There was not a proper fridge in the kitchen, it was just a drinks chiller that was not cold enough and smelt so bad. The Booking.com listing also showed a photo of a shower (this has since been removed) but there is no shower in the apartment, only a bath. Very frustrating when you’re staying there for 5 nights. We checked out a day early as it felt like we were staying in a student house and we were ready to get back to home comforts. Feeling very frustrated that we spent £524 on what was a very unpleasant experience, the response from the property owner was very rude and unhelpful.
