The apartment on 7th floor is spectacular, incredibly spacious, and offers a wonderful view with sounds of ocean. Most of the amenities and features worked perfectly for our stay(AC ,Wifi, hot shower, washer).It was clean ,dust and clutter free.Nicely beautiful sofa and chairs. The building itself provides privacy, peace and secluded feeling, that was exactly that we wanted. We had access to ground pool(it had perfect warm temperature) surrounded with greenery, gym on 12th last floor and billiard table, and access to wild beach. Host was very responsive and quick to provide resolution on any concerns.

− A few areas could use a little attention ,and with a bit of extra maintenance and deep cleaning this place would be absolutely flawless. *Stove wasn't working initially (but host provided additional portable inductions) *linen setups-blankets didn't had any covers so it felt not so hygienic ( but host provided additional sheets to cover up blanket after we mentioned about it) *pink bedroom felt stuffed with too much furniture and didn't have any window cover or blinds(making it impossible to sleep after sunrise.) *Some of the furniture and shelves showed a bit of tear and wear. *the balcony glass could be cleaned also better from marks and fingerprints.(eventually I cleaned it by myself) *Lastly, we spotted a small ants roaming around floor and table tops(we should use anti ant spray)

Apartment is well kept with very good facilities. Beautiful view from balcony and rooftop. Nice swimming pool too.

− Need some new cooking utensils. Better TV too would upgrade overall picture

Comfortable quiet, location, small grocery store, and restaurants within walking and bus right out side the property

Good location, easy to catch the bus to Ngombo or south to Colombo. Always interesting watching the morning activity of fisherman in the ocean. The pool was clean and the beds were comfortable.

− There was no information sheet provided at the property however, the manager owner said they will rectify that and provide new cleaning class for dishes and extra towels

The apartment was clean & comfortable. The host was super responsive, and all the necessities were provided. The view from the apartment was spectacular! Enjoyed lots of sunsets here.
