1.0Nous n'avons pas été en mesure de prendre l'appartement réservé. La personne nous a conduit dans 1 appartement vieux pas propre... une honte. Dès que nous avons constaté que l'appartement n'était pas le nôtre, la personne est devenue injurieuse en nous demandant de dégager et nous disant (au téléphone)que nous avions pris son stagiaire en otage !!! Honte à BOOKING de travailler avec ce genre de personne. Nous avons dû trouver à 19h dans un pays étrangé, (5 personnes de plus de 66 ans) un hôtel. Je demande à BOOKING de dégager cette personnage de leur programme
