My stay was disappointing

− One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. The management was uncooperative and kept delaying solutions to the issues we faced. Here are some of the problems wich I face during my stay: 1- the bathroom doors was hard to closed. and one of them not closing at all . 2-The heater in the living room was not workin 3-The washing machine is not working , and we couldn’t use it for 15 days. 4- The Wi-Fi was not working for the entire stay. Even after replacing the router, it was not working . 5- The apartment does not have an elevator, only stairs, which made it difficult to carry the luggage. Today I completed 16 days since I left the accommodation, and I have not yet receive the deposit (£200). finaly , I do not recommend staying in this apartment unless they solve all the problems. Thank you.
