No hot water. No AC. Broken coffee maker.
3.0Too many other choices in the area to pick this home. Did not like.
− Hot water did not work. Coffee maker did not either. Each were noted in prior reviews and very poor not to correct these for other guests. We would not recommend and never choose again. There is also no AC in the home. Pretty tough on a 85 degree day. Listing a garden view is extremely liberal in wording. Home is showing its age.

10.0Location was a great setting for spending time with family
− We had a great stay — the house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-priced. Being up in the mountains, the natural ventilation worked well for cooling, but it would’ve helped to clarify that the central system is heat-only. Also, a general tip for vacation rentals: appliances and systems (like TVs, coffee makers, and security setups) should be as simple and intuitive as possible. Still, we really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again.
Stay was good. Location was perfect. Kids loved the house, games and their rooms.
7.0Location was great. Not far from our planned activities. Fans provided for bedrooms. Hosts were quick to reply to messages.
− There was no AC. Temps were in the 80’s and the house never got below 75. Only a few windows would open and had to clean sills. Microwave didn’t work, coffee pot plastic rim broken. No hot water after 5 showers on first day of activities, 6 of us. Blew a fuse somehow. Reset breakers next morning.
Enjoyable but somewhat spoiled by problem gaining entry.

− Very frustrating time trying to gain entry problem with keypad not accepting code. This could have been a lot better. Not ideal.
Would recommend for a family trip
10.0Wonderful place to stay close to town but not in town so you have lots of privacy. The bedrooms are good sizes with comfy beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and it was nice having 2 full size bathrooms for the whole family. Overall very clean and well taken care of.
− The upstairs bedroom has windows on all 4 walls but nothing to cover them. This would be nice for going to sleep.
