9.0La atención del personal muy buena!!!
− Que en las áreas comunes como la recepción debe de tener abanicos o más ventilación
Les falta considerar a las personas con alergias al gluten e intolerancia a la lactosa.
5.0El clima y la habitación.
− En el restaurante que debe hacerse reserva no nos dejaron repetir, pese a indicarle a la persona que nos atendía que quedamos con hambre. Todos los postres llevaban leche, no tenían ni uno para personas con intolerancia a la lactosa. Muy pocas opciones sin gluten y no marcadas en general en todas las comidas.

− Camas Colchon hundido, a pesar que pague suite, está viene siendo una habitación mas, poca variedad en las Comidas, en los postres los mismos del almuerzo eran los de la cena, el que te deje. Entrar al hotel hasta las 3 casi 4 de la tarde y te saque al medio dia de la habitación.

9.0Fui con mis dos niñas pequeñas mi suegra y mi esposa y realmente estuvimos muy cómodos y disfrutamos mucho. Algo que es un punto súper súper alto es que no habían zancudos. Eso nos dio una mejor impresión aún.
− Que en la aplicación para reservar restaurante sabían que yo iba a estar 20, 21 y 22 y cuando reserve la aplicación me lo tomo como día 22 y no pude comer en dicho restaurante. La aplicación NO debería reservar los días que uno sale.

− Que la app de reserva de restaurante me reservo el día en que me iba a venir y no pudimos comer el día que supuestamente era. La app no debería de permitir reservar en restaurante los días en que uno sale.
