I liked the kitchen and the big rooms

− It don’t have a lot in the kitchen to cook with and you had to get basics like salt and pepper etc it didn’t have any basics really besides one toilet roll. There also wasn’t any cleaning items to clean the place and there was only one dish towel Some windows didn’t open The place was worn, the shower head was almost broken and the door handle to the first bathroom slid off.

Size ideal for families

− One word. Appalling. When we arrived we had to contact the property management team because we were unable to gain access due to the key box being faulty. On arrival we noticed that there was paint splattered over the floor as well as jobs that hadn’t been finished such as masking tape being left on plugs, mirrors that hadn’t been put up and unfinished bathrooms. The cleanliness of this property was absolutely disgusting. Floors were black causing socks to be filthy, dirty glasses/plates/cutlery; covered in dust. The rug in the lounge was also stained. One of the bedroom blinds are broken so you can’t open them. There was mould in the back bedroom in the corner. Considering it’s a 4 bedroom property there was only 2 saucepans. We had to go and buy a frying pan from the local shop. To then realise the property didn’t even have a kettle as well as not having tea towels/cleaning cloths/washing up sponges. In the lounge/kitchen area no blind was up which just made the property feel cold. Was unable to put the heating on due to no instructions on how to use it. When sitting at the dining table we was then to discover one of the chairs were broken therefore we was unable to sit on it. No bedroom lamps, no headboards. Even the double bed was two singles pushed together. Builders equipment was just left in multiple cupboards in the kitchen. Furthermore my daughter’s bed sheets were stained which just shows the lack of cleanliness in this property. Compared to what the pictures of the garden looked like online it did not match up in person at all. This property has a lot of potential and could be without fault however due to lack of attention to detail and extremely poor maintenance and cleanliness I would not recommend this stay at all until it has been thoroughly cleaned, stocked up to cater for the number of guests it offers and finishing touches have been made. Disappointed to say the least.
