Location is good, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, plus washer/dryer. Nice modern facility. Lovely staff at desk.

− Mildewed and dirty shower curtain and liner smelled bad, abysmal water pressure, even worse wifi, multiple emergency alarms that coincided with elevators not functioning. One false alarm was 7am after a late night and went on for some time.

Location here is key. The unit is a newer one and had plenty of kitchen things to make do for a week. The sofabed doesn't really exist, I think there is just a blow up mattress in the closet. Overall, decent place to stay but mainly due to the proximity to transport/nightlife/etc.

− Bathtub didn't drain. Was a bit on the expensive side but it is Jersey City. We were kind of counting on that sofa bed that didn't really exist. Can be a bit noisy but not the property owners fault, there is just always construction in JC.

Location good. Wi-Fi poor. No tv to watch either as it was attached to Wi-Fi.

Great location

− Very, very disappointed with the Wi-Fi. Had planned to work from apartment as I was dealing with countries in Europe, due to time differences. I wasn’t able to do this!!!

The only thing I liked was that the apartment was clean.

− The internet in the building was terrible. Even though I had my own mobile data package, neither my phone signal nor the internet worked properly. Internet was very important for me, and this was a huge problem during our stay. We also requested a baby crib before arrival, and they told us it would be provided. However, when we arrived, there was no crib. Even though I messaged them 3–4 times, they never responded. Before the reservation, they were replying constantly, so I honestly think this was intentional. The location is also not suitable if you have a baby. Instead of paying such a high price for this place, I would recommend renting an apartment or paying a little more for somewhere more central. Overall, it was a very bad experience for us and we were not satisfied at all. This was my first time using Booking, and unfortunately, I regret it.
