Pathetic experience

− House needs heavy maintenance. There were thousands of wasps in one room which led to a disastrous night and experience. Cockroach flying around at night, sitting on the body. On the 2nd night, there was electricity issue. The property has generator, but the diesel got finished because the generator was served in the neighbourhood house as well. So stay was impacted on both the nights. Not the experience we were expecting and not at all worth for the amount charged. Based on the overall experience, i would not recommend the same to anyone.

Not value for money at all!! Poorly maintained and run property.

1. Promptly addressed pet needs, including boiled chicken, before we arrived. 2. Location is the only thing that works for this property. 3. The caretaker is soft-spoken but unwilling to make an effort to arrange any meals, snacks, etc., out of sheer laziness and unwillingness to step out since it was raining. 4. Clean bedrooms, but bathrooms and kitchen were dirty.

− 1. Upon arrival, we called the caretaker, but nobody responded. I had to enter the property and look for the caretaker to get them to open the gate and unlock the house. 2. Bedrooms were clean but had a strong musky smell due to poor ventilation during rains. 3. Cleanliness was horrible. There was a spider in the basket where dinner plates are kept, disgusting muck all over the kitchen counter, gas stove, and sink, disgusting brown marks in the bathroom basin, an incorrect-sized toilet seat that didn't fit the commode properly, making using it uncomfortable, a dirty tissue holder, and a disgusting bathroom stool. The bathroom felt unclean due to water stains all over. 4. The worst was the caretaker's lazy attitude. We called and requested lunch to be prepared a day before, to which the caretaker asked us to bring fish/veggies from the market, and she would cook. Given that the timing would not have worked, we decided to eat outside in the city. In the evening, we asked for snacks/fritters with tea, and the lady said there were no veggies in the kitchen; if we could get them from the shop, she'd prepare them; finally, we settled for onion fritters as onions were all that was available in the kitchen. For dinner again, she expected us to go to the fish/meat market to bring the meat and said, it's ok if you want to eat outside. Her excuses annoyed us that we decided to skip breakfast the next day. Even though the menu was shared with us, the kitchen needed to be equipped/stocked with ingredients, and only tea/coffee was available. 5. When you pay 18k / night for a property, you expect at least basic food and not run to the city for every meal or ingredient. I would be okay with this if it were a 6-8k/night kind of place, but for this premium, have some standard of cleanliness and service. We don't expect a lavish spread of food, but at least service what's on your menu. 6.
