Good apartment, location worked for us very well but could do with some new mattresses
7.0Very Clean and nice touches with the layout of the dining table. Easy for self late check in around 22:30. All kitchen goods were supplied.
− Mattresses needed replacing - were ok but not good and beds old. No rubbish bin in kitchen.
Don't stay here it was awful!
3.0The location.
− The overpowering smell of cigarettes, the pile of cigarette butts on the balcony, the filthy cooker, the mouldy shower, the layers of dust on the bed headboards, the dirty glass found under the bed! The whole place needed a thorough deep clean. The only redeeming feature was the clean linen! I have emailed the company directly who have said they will look into the complaint and get back to me but as yet I have heard nothing!

Roomy flat in great location with some minor issues
6.0Location was great - 10 min walk to lots of restaurants in Stockton Heath and 20 mins walk to centre of Warrington. Staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful in ironing out issues. The flat is spacious and clean and in a quiet location, with dedicated parking, and the bed was comfortable.
− Property is fine for a short stay but could do with some tlc. Several minor issues - there was a persistent smell of stale cigarette smoke throughout the flat only partially masked by lots of air fresheners; the numbers on the temperature dials of the oven have been rubbed off; it wasn't possible to turn the temperature of the shower up beyond warm; there was no coffee pot or corkscrew; internet went down on day 2 (although was rapidly fixed by very helpful staff).
