Great location but a few niggles
7.0Great location above the Imago mall. Plenty of room, comfortable.
− No kettle. There was an electric water dispenser that dispensed cold water, but we couldn't get any hot water out of it. I had to boil water in a saucepan to make a hot drink. The tap in the kitchen had a filter ( I think ) attached, but again, we couldn't get any water out of it. We had to wash hands and utensils in the bathroom. I used the washer/dryer to do a quick wash, then put it on to dry. But even after putting it on 'dry only' twice, it was still very damp

10.0All… the cleaninest is perfect. The equipment inside the house is complete even the sandal also provided. Really love the facilities that LAXZONE provide. We feel secure because the cctv that installed in front of the house.

− Main pool was closed for maintenance. The kitchen could have been better supplied with utensils.
Great apartment excellent location
9.0The location part of the Imago mall was excellent really easy for Grab ehailing cars to find. Loads of food choices and entertainment venues most with live music every night. Apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and 3 toilets. Lounge kitchen diner open plan with a utility room with washer/dryer. An extra double bed next to kitchen as well. Location was secure with guards in the lobby. Plenty of air conditioning and fans. TV with Netflix and Prime just bring your own sign in details. Communications with Laxzone easy via WhatsApp, check in and out easy.
− There could have been a better selection of glasses. Also aircraft flew quite low overhead but I think this is the same for most of the city and you get used to it.
