Expensive for a very basic property
3.0Easy check in, nice to have a car parking space outside the property and location was fit for my needs. Good size bedrooms.
− The garden was completely unusable - full of rubbish, overgrown with weeds and no garden furniture. The bathroom was mouldy. The pillows on the beds were flat and the sheets had hairs in them. All the walls have scuff marks on. The place felt generally unclean.

− A bit dated in some areas. Curtain rail track poor fitting. Shower was old style.

1.0To answer this question constructively is not easy. The parking space was good and convenient.
− 1) Dirty filthy carpets that stank 2) dirty old bedding and bed covers. 3) stinking dirty worn out bathroom towels. 4) The dirty filthy makeshift bathroom. 5) Filthy dirty oven. 6) Filthy net curtains 7)broken curtain rails in the front bedroom. 8) The walls matted with stains. 9) Cobwebs in the corner of the ceilings. 10) What appeared to be old mail and drug paraphernalia on top of the wardrobes
