8.0The rooms were lovely and the location was centralized. We were directly across from pool and bbq. The backyard was perfect for my pet.

10.0This property was kept in great shape! Vince was very accommodating with check in and out times, very communicative! The unit itself was in great condition, only a couple of downsides and not all were in the owner’s power. There was a smell coming out of the kitchen sink/garbage disposal, only noticeable when washing dishes. Parking is an absolute menace if you have more than one vehicle. Uncovered spots get taken fast. A backyard shade is pictured in the photos but not provided, not a big deal as it’s too hot to be outside anyways.

2.0There was no communication. These people took the money & ran. After I booked it, I did not receive any check-in information until 1 am the next morning, after we were supposed to check in. They asked for additional credit card information, which caused another red flag. I booked the place for four nights and they would not refund any of the money for those unused nights. We never even checked in to the place. I believe it's a scam and would not book this place. Be cautious!
