Well placed for everything

Avoid at all costs! Unusable single bed, collapsed sofa, messy cupboards, draughty windows

Location good for work. Easy to gain access to the property.

− The single bed is unusable. It's the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on as you could feel every spring and was unable to sleep on it so had to spend the night on the old collapsed sofa instead. There was nowhere for me to hang my clothes in the room. There was a closet but it was full of old duvets and other junk, it was very messy in the closet yet could have made a great hanging space for clothes. The blind was broken and the window seals were broken meaning a lot of draught came through. The bathroom extractor fan was not working and there was mould around the bath. The sofa was dirty between the cushions and again very uncomfortable as it was so old and used. My elderly friend was unable to use the sofa as it was so collapsed and low that he could not get up from it. There were only. 2 wooden dining chairs in the room as an alternative and they had no cushioning so there was nowhere comfortable to sit. When this and the mattress were reported to the landlord there was no alternative provided just a claim that no one else had reported this. We were extremely disappointed with the service or lack of service received and had to check out after just one night into a hotel as the bed was not fit for purpose. A very bad and costly experience!

It was great overall, your own space, all you needed, nice neutral setting. Good location Had miniatures of things you may need, along with bin bag, cleaning cloths (but had already brought our own) Your own access and parking space. (No signal for phones - but this is overall over the area - be prepared to plan routes maps before leaving the property before the WiFi cuts out) even though it’s 4G/5G it doesn’t load. Got stranded looking for fuel - to find it tells you in the book nearest 🤣🙈. So READ the book on the table. Have already re booked same place less than a week from leaving.

− It wasn’t even didn’t like - Only had 2 mugs everything else was sets of 4. And me n my friend big tea drinkers 🤣 so constantly washing them up. Front door lock I think on its way out was difficult at times to lock And 1 plug socket was blocked (only found accidentally). But these are maintenance issues not the property or reflecting my review.

Location was perfect for the reason we were in the area and being able to sort our meals out without having to rely on eating out, especially as the lads were racing. Good co-op in walking distance of the property and especially helpful that we had a parking space right outside the property.
