Beliggenheden var god. Tæt på bjerget og byen.

− Navnet antyder et hyggeligt sted med flere lejligheder. Der var tale om en typisk spekulationslejlighed midt mellem almindelige lejligheder i et relativt fattigt kvarter. Ude af trit med naboerne. Nøglerne skulle afhentes i en nøgleboks 2 1/2 km fra lejligheden - forekom utrygt. Stedet var svært at finde. Al kommunikation foregik pr. mail. Vi havde forstået der ville være personlig modtagelse. Vandinstallationerne i lejligheden var defekte. Ingen varmt vand. Gulvafløbet i brusekabinen var stoppet. Stedet bar præg af optimering. Håndklæder mm. lå i ruller, kun en halv rulle toiletpapir, sengetøj skulle vi selv lægge på osv.

− Pas d’eau chaude de tout le séjour malgré de nombreux emails, communication désagréable et inefficace avec l’entreprise de location

Nicely styled and spacious

− On arrival the hosts check in representative could not get the key to work, eventually realizing that they had the wrong key and their office was of no help at that time. We were told to find alternative accommodation for the night. This was after midnight with luggage and no assistance, we had to walk around to find a hotel, most of which had no space and after 1.5 hours eventually found one with availability. Poor communication on the second day resulted in a second night at an alternative accommodation. Once we got the correct keys for the apartment, (which we had to go to collect some miles away from the location and take time out of our holiday to find and get to) the apartment hot water was not working. Despite reporting it immediately and following up, this was not rectified for the duration of our stay. The shower head was broken and not working.

Bon emplacement du logement pour se déplacer dans Barcelone, à pied ou en transport en commun (métro en bas de la rue, place de Catalogne accessible à pied pour bon marcheur). Logement spacieux.

− Avons du régler 30 euros en cash (refus CB) pour la remise des clés à la dame de ménage. Nous attendons toujours le reçu ! Pas de linge de lit fourni pour le canapé malgré notre demande en amont et lors de l'arrivée (on devait nous le déposer ; aucune nouvelle pendant le séjour !) Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche.

Die Lage ist super. Viele Restaurants, Super Märkte, Park. Alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Klimaanlage.

− Das Schlafzimmer ist spartanisch ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer insbesondere die Dusche badarf einer dringenden Überholung. Teilweise Schimmel an den Fliesenfugen. Wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat ist das o.k.

The location was perfect

− Service was really unpleasant. only one role tissue in the toilet. No garbage bag in the Bin. Had one Air Cooler in the hall room which is not cover the bad room.bad room has no air vents, stays really warm. pillows are not comfortable then I asked for pillows the owner didn’t provide it. Even the bed sheets was dirty. Sofa was full with public hairs and no cleaning service. Totally Unsatisfied,will not recommend for someone. shit place I ever lived in my entire life. We went there at 10.00 O’clock he charged extra 50 Euro for late arrival.paid 420 Euros though in the booking site it was 362,Booked for 3 nights. Not really worth of money, better you can go somewhere else.
