I forgot my jacket at that place and they can’t help me get it back,their communication is so bad ,she doesn’t even pick

− We didn’t even have sleeping blankets and her aircon,doesn’t even work well,we felt cold that night.The wifi also doesn’t work.

10.0It was amazing. Thank you for putting the heater on before we arrived, it was so nice walking in to a warm apartment. If we ever need a place to stay in pretoria again, this will be it.

Unprofessional handling of breakage deposit.

− After booking, we were contacted by email by the property to make a separate payment for a breakage deposit of R3000 (an amount double the cost of our one-night stay). Despite sending our banking particulars via booking.com, we still have not received the refund for the deposit (already more than two weeks after our stay)
