Cute quiet house that only has THREE BEDS!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. We parked our bikes on the street and in the driveway and there was no fear of anyone messing with them. The interior of the house was very neat and tidy and smelled fresh throughout. There were plenty of towels and the beds that were there were fairly comfortable. There are washer and dryer units in the basement, we didn't use them but having the option is very nice. All-in-all, the house is very well maintained and provided you don't need 4 beds, it's worth the price the stay there.

− The house was advertised as two queen beds and two twin beds. We are four grown men traveling across the country and sleeping in a bed, regardless of size (twin/full/queen/etc) is important as we're all over 50. We arrived to find 3 queen size beds but no fourth bed. I messaged the property manager and her response was the couch was to double as the 4th bed and that there was an ottoman that was supposed to be put into the L of the couch to make the shape of a full bed. 1st of all the couch is green and quite firm and we found the ottoman in one of the bedrooms at the foot of the bed where it had been when we arrived. The ottoman was beige, 1/2 circle, with quite a few buttons on it. Fitting it into the couch was not an option and was not even remotely comfortable. I had chatted with the property manager on two occasions prior to arriving and never once was it mentioned that the Booking.com website was incorrect and we had to have someone sleep on the couch. We were told AFTER we arrived. Had I known this initially, I would have found another location. The manager asks that you remove your trash, which is not a problem, however, we are traveling cross-country on motorcycles, there was no way to take it with us and there were no dumpsters or trash receptacles associated with the property that we could see. We left the trash bagged up and outside the side door.

− we were told there would be 2 twin beds & 2 floor beds upstairs, like the photos & description. when we arrived, there was only 1 double bed upstairs. had to go buy an air mattress for an extra bed. queen beds in 2 bedrooms were the hardest, most uncomfortable beds we’ve slept in.

Very nicely done little house. It was clean. Bed was comfortable. Price was very reasonable compared to hotels/motels.

− The temperature in the loft was not well regulated. The main floor was comfortable, but our younger son, who slept in the loft, said it was cold.
