A genuine, beautiful town
10.0Our favourite place that we stayed at in Puglia. Francesco is super friendly and helpful, sent us some really great recommendations and also offered us fresh towels even though we only stayed for 4 nights. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Laterza is also a really genuine and interesting town with not much tourism, we had a lot of fun exploring.
− The kids and locals often hang out in the streets outside the apartment throughout the night and talk loudly. It was a bit annoying when you're trying to sleep. We ended up asking them to be quieter, and they responded graciously, so all was good in the end.

9.0Der Kontakt mit Frankie war sehr gastfreundlich und nett. Er hat uns vor dem Apartment abgeholt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet (einige Küchenutensilien würde ich persönlich ergänzen), das Badezimmer hat eine gute Grösse und auch das Schlafzimmer mit viel Staumöglichkeiten. Am Schlafzimmer ist ein kleiner Balkon. Das Apartment liegt mitten in der Altstadt im "real Life" von Laterza. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Stadtzentrum. Gerne wieder!!

9.0La posizione, vicina al centro città e a tutti i beni di prima necessità.. Si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi diversi forni, macellerie, caseifici vari e altri negozi.. Rispetto ad altre città, la posizione è strategica per fare diverse gite senza spostamenti troppo impegnativi. Il gestore molto cordiale e sempre disponibile, ha risposto in tempi brevissimi a qualsiasi domanda/richiesta abbiamo fatto, anche la Domenica di Pasqua.. Francesco super 👌

10.0A beautiful restoration of an old house in the old town. I came across this property when looking for accommodation around Matera. Laterza turned out to be the highlight of our trip to Puglia. The restaurant recommended by Frankie was literally the most authentic we have ever eaten at in Italy. Delicious food. No tourists. The gorge of Laterza is as dramatic as the one in Matera, minus the crowds.
− All perfect. It’s an ancient house, not a modern luxury hotel, so adjust your expectations.
