9.0Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to transportation and nearby dining. Comfortable bed. Excellent room. Clean.
− Limited cooking/dining items. (Plates, bowls, etc). Can’t control temperature of room to personal preference. House shared with other guests.

10.0Everything about this stay was great. Charlie is a wonderful host, and the room was spotless and comfortable. I couldn't recommend it more highly and I would gladly stay here again.

10.0Property was very well maintained and Charlie was extremely friendly to talk to. The bedroom was very clean and the bathroom was spotless and also came with heated floors which added a nice touch.
− Had temperature problems related to the thermostat at the beginning of my stay but it got taken care of very quickly.
