From what we saw of it we loved the pool, large natural gardens, open views to the sea and views from the lounge and terraces.

− We would have loved to stay here and review this in detail but outside the free cancellation period and at very short notice after paying our fee we were told the property was unavailable. We were assured the substitute property allocated to us was better but it fell very far short of our requirements, lacking our important need for views, large open natural grounds and accessible pool. We were bitterly disappointed, our holiday experience very spoilt, and our trust was destroyed in this company by their intransigence to recognise our point of view and offer any appropriate compensation. We will certainly therefore not use this company again.

Hidden Paradise, Unforgettable Villa

I had visited this property with family 7 years ago and couldn’t stop thinking about it. When I planned my holiday with friends there was only one place we were going to stay. The villa was as beautiful as I remember it. The facilities in the villa were good, standard for a self catering villa. The garden and pool are exceptional. The photos on the site don’t do it justice. There are fruit trees bearing fruit across the entire estate, which are just gorgeous. We made use of the tennis court most days. The location is quiet and remote enough to feel tranquil but close enough to amenities to be convenient; the local supermarket is a 10 minute drive, the beach is a 10 minute drive, 25 minute drive to/from the airport. The housekeepers live on site but are quiet and unseen, they offered to clean the property mid-stay at our convenience. The management is easy to contact and accommodating. This villa is on the pricey end but if you want an unforgettable experience I would 100% recommend. On that front, it is value for money.

− If there was one thing I would change, I’d like a more comprehensive list of what is and isn’t provided. There were dishwasher tablets, but no washing up liquid. There was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, but no spares, for example. It’s not a massive issue, and I didn’t mind buying those things, just a minor unexpected inconvenience which could easily be solved.

The Villa was really nice, comfortable and had many places for relaxing. We had great times at BBQ, pool area and the upper terrace. The owner Pino was also so lovely to give us a private plantation tour and shared some fruits and vegetables with us. The kitchen was well equipped and we did not miss a thing. If we will visit gran canaria again, we will definitely try to live here again
