We love hawks nest and the location was great. Better cooling options and cleaner would be better

The location is excellent and the number of rooms and outdoor areas was great. There was clear communication and adequate supplies to get us started.

− The fans are the only source of cooling in the house and most were broken and could only operate on one speed. There was leftover food supplies in one of the cupboards and a very strong mould presenting the downstairs kitchen and washing machine.there was pet hair on some of the scatter cushions on the lounge room.

I was awfully glad that there was someone to contact about the general lack of maintenance that made what should have

Love the location and the fact that it was dog friendly

− The property lacks : Mirrors in bedrooms Hooks on walls to hang up items like hats etc Bedside lamps for each person Suitable equipment to clean the property. Ie outside broom not soft one We had to ask for a mop for downstairs shower that has no screen The upstairs deck outside kitchen really needs a good clean with a pressure hose. Whilst there is really nothing one can do about falling leaves perhaps the cleanliness and maintenance of outside furniture could be helped with addition of furniture cover
