Fantastic property, spacious, modern new build.
9.0New build, so modern design and fittings. Clean throughout. A large amount of space.
− Very minor criticism. Whilst all the instruction manuals were there, a quick guide would have been welcome. Had to read the manual to work out how to use the hob and microwave so that a single sheet instructions would have been ideal.

An enjoyable stay in a comfortable small new development in historic Charlestown.
10.0The property is just what the description says. The property is well placed in Charlestown with Charlestown itself being centrally situated to visit the gardens with their brilliant displays of camellias and rhododendrons in mid-March. It was not too far possible to visit Padstow for dinner.
− The Cornwall weather but that was outside the owner's control.
