Disappointing experience
2.0Cafe was decent
− I was disappointed with my stay due to the poor service and lack of maintenance. I raised multiple concerns about my room, but most of them were only addressed after repeated follow-ups, and room service was extremely slow to respond. The room itself had several issues. Some of the amenities were not functioning, the clock was broken, the bathtub was not properly cleaned, and the fitted bedsheet kept coming off the mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. I expected a much better experience, especially after reporting these issues multiple times. Unfortunately, the service and upkeep fell well below expectations.
Poor Reception staff, Poor quality stay.
4.0The cleaning staff - basically everyone except the one at the reception. The cleaning staff were quite respectful, warm & helpful. They addressed the concern well & made the space feel safe
− Response of reception staff when I complained about 'someone knocking and trying to barge in my roo in at 4am in the morning'. I informed at the reception in the morning & when I went back at night to get an update (as didnt hear back from them in 8 hours), he had forgotten & THEN started to look into the cameras. He was nonchalant about a woman's safety. When questioned for this delay & careless behaviour, his irresponsible answer was 'Maam, I am also only 1 person with so much work.' That's not & shouldn't be a manager's response, definitely not in the hospitality industry. There is no excuse that should be given, rather such a relaxed attitude for a woman's safety highly disappointed me. There was AC leakage in the room for 3 days, faucet (hand spray) in the washroom leaked continuously leaving the washroom wet throughout and the plaster from the wall was peeled off. Quality of the room was poor.
Excellent stay Experience, would want to come back. Loved the comfort of the bed.
