1.0− No respetaron la reserva que había hecho aun después de haber viajado más de 9 horas para llegar. Nos dejaron en la calle porque ya habían alquilado la habitación. La comunicación con el alojamiento fue pésima; se demoraron mucho en contestar mensajes, exigieron pago por adelantado cuando en la publicación no lo exigía.
