Stay to just sleep 1 night ok. Otherwise, find somewhere else

− If u only planning to stay for a night. Its fine. Owner was friendly but the property itself is meh. The car parking is a nightmare to get up and down. Its very narrow and is on the highest level. Bed was stained. Towel was dirty and the hygiene is questionable.
No choice since it was last min, we had to continue with this place & no refund for cancellation.

− The property was extremely dirty. Prior to enter, the owner team requested for deposit & opened a whatsapp a group with so many rules and regulations but then they themselves didn't abide to that. We have paid Rm97 for cleaning fee despite that , the owner team requested us to clean up all or else our deposit will be forfeited. The air cond was not working as well, no chill. This unit mentioned as strictly no smoking but their balcony was full of cigratte buds and ashes. The washroom tap was broken as well. Not recommended at all, thank you.

10.0I like the cleanliness of this Homestay. It is very comfortable to stay at long term and short term trip. Easy access to go to Penang Island and Seberang Jaya. Definitely will repeat again. Thank you and keep it up a good work for this kind of Homestay.
