− Ελλιπής καθαριότητα. Δυστυχώς υπήρχαν πολλά σημεία στα οποία υπήρχε σκόνη, τρίχες και διάφορες βρωμιές στο πάτωμα και στα έπιπλα.

1.0− Το κατάλυμα ΔΕΝ ΕΙΧΕ ΡΕΥΜΑ (μόνο αυτό σε ολόκληρη την πολυκατοικία)που σημαίνει πως δεν ελέγχθηκε πριν από το check in όπως έπρεπε.Επισης πέρασαν ώρες που ήμασταν απέξω (με καύσωνα )περιμένοντας ΤΕΧΝΙΚΟ(ο οποίος δεν ήρθε ως τις 20:00μμ που αποχωρήσαμε εντελή)και οι οικοδεσπότες,μια εταιρεία ονόματι Maryland ,απαράδεκτοι.Αρχικα προσπαθούσαν να ρίξουν το φταίξιμο στη ΔΕΔΗΕ ,μετά μας είπαν πως δεν έβρισκαν ηλεκτρολόγο και πως κάλεσαν τις βλάβες για τεχνικό,έπειτα δεν απαντούσαν στα τηλέφωνα μας και αφού επικοινωνήσαμε κάποια στιγμή και μας ενημέρωσαν πως δεν γνώριζαν πότε θα έρθει ο τεχνικός,με διαβεβαίωσαν πως έκαναν αίτημα επιστροφής χρημάτων στην Booking ώστε να βρω άλλο κατάλυμα,όπου ζήτησαν να κρατηθεί η μία διανυκτέρευση(που κανονικά έπρεπε να μας αποζημιώσουν και για την ταλαιπωρία)Εντελή,και μετά από 23 μέρες ακόμη δεν έχουν επιστραφεί τα χρήματα και δεν ανταποκρίνονται ούτε στα μυνήματά μου.Η booking άφαντη και εγώ ετοιμάζομαι για καταγγελίες

9.0Great apartment. I needed a few days stay near the Hospital and this place was perfect for me. Close to everything you need whilst still offering a peaceful environment. All the amenities you could need for a few days in Athens.
Great apt to stay. I would recommend and stay if i visit Athens again.
9.0Great apt, everything looked quite good and new. Great location too, near public transport. Wi-fi very good and stable if you need to work. Bathroom clean and good.
− Bathroom had a somewhat small sink, for me was ok, but can be a small nuisance for some. The bathroom window goes to a shaft, which brings a slightly odor from outside if let opened to air. The back garden is nice, but pigeons make it not so clean - not something the owners can easily deal to be honest, as in any big city. All in all these points are very small in my opinion, the apt is great.
