Excellent location and easy access, with room for some modernization.
7.0Great location with easy access to local attractions, restaurants and transport. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, and the air conditioning was very much appreciated during our stay.
− The apartment was noisier than expected, particularly at night. It is beginning to look a little tired and would benefit from some repainting and general refreshing. The internal bathroom has limited ventilation, and guests should be aware that the apartment is located on the third floor with stair-only access, which may be challenging with heavy luggage or for those with mobility concerns.

3.0The location of the apartment is the exception. There are several bars and restaurants nearby, the subway entrance is ten steps from the front door, and it’s a safe neighborhood.
− The place unfortunately was not very clean and had a foul odor when we arrived. The pull out couch that we planned on using as a place to sleep was stained and full of hair. The floors and corners of the bedrooms were full of dirt and hair. Many of the bed pillows were so flat that we may as well have used a folded t-shirt. Fortunately, the odor slightly improved when the host recommended we take the mop and other cleaning supplies from the kitchen closet and place them in the hallway. Though we couldn’t fit all guests comfortably due to a bed shortage and had to get a hotel room for them, the host kindly refunded a small cleaning fee since cleanliness was the reason for the inconvenience.
