10.0It was very clean a/c worked great. All the amenities you could ask for except a bottle opener. So bring your own if you need. Nice hot shower. Close to everything. The swimming pool is off limits for now but it was quiet and comfortable.

8.0Clean, modern, security and property staff were amazing. Safe gated complex, and vendors nearby for laundry and grocery items, and street food.
− A little far from main town area, internet was very unstable and I was not able to work from my laptop consistently without having a hotspot of my own. They tried to bring better router but it was in and out constantly. It caused significant issues with my work. The window and sliding door had no locks. The window frame was bent and allowed hot air in. Even with AC going the apartment was relatively warm. For first several days there was a bird nest in the AC unit, very noisy baby birds in the early morning and it was on the headwall. Eventually the birds left.
It could have been better! Will try not to use Booking.com again!
5.0We were not given the address by the Booking.com and that was a bad experience as we were not given the address. Arriving late the taxi could not find the complex and we had to find another hotel to stay at. Since we paid for all of it we had to find it the next day and stayed there. We liked the location, but not well managed. Brown-outs should never happen, so inconvenient for visitors not to have electricity while on vacation. Need mirrors in the bedrooms since there’s only one in the bathroom.
− Not well maintained… Floors of unit were uneven. Need garbage bins. Toilet seats needed attention. Need to provide necessary amenities like hair dryer, extra roll of toilet papers, soap & shampoo! Guards were extremely courteous & very helpful. Overall, property was ok but not desirable.
