4.0Lage top. Fußläufig alles erreichbar. Bett bequem. Vermieter sehr nett.
− Umgebung, Hinterhof, Hausflur, Nachbarschaft herunter gekommen. Es wirkte sehr dreckig bis abstoßend. Der Boden knarzt, die Küche und Bad wirken zusammen geschustert, Sofa durchgesessen.Für Fahrräder ungeeignet, da man sie hochhieven muss ins Treppenhaus. Preis zu hoch. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht, Hotel wäre bessere Wahl gewesen.

Alles in allem für eine Nacht ok, aber dafür zu teuer!
7.0Viel Platz, gute Lage
− Es sind zwar sehr große Räume, aber nicht besonders komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlt ein bisschen an kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wie zum Beispiel Duschprodukte oder in der Küche ein paar Kaffeefilter für den Start. Das Treppenhaus ist nicht besonders ansprechend, aber da kann der Vermieter vielleicht nichts dran ändern, da noch andere Mieter im Haus wohnen, die Wohnung ist renoviert, aber nicht besonders professionell Einem Handwerker-Auge tut das fast weh!

− Hinterhof Eingang sehr schmutzig, Boden alles alt, Mehr wie 50 Euro für 2 Personen nicht wert. Kein Parkplatz beim Haus. Treppenhaus total alt und schmutzig. Wohnen zwischen Festmieter, die anscheinend nicht gerade Sauber sind.
